So you have a few questions? Hopefully, you can find all your answers here by taking a look at our ‘frequently asked questions’ section.

How much does wedding videography cost?
We have 3 wedding videography packages starting at £1750 – £2700.
Do you provide wedding videography near me?
We provide wedding videography across the UK and Europe so chances are we do!
Is travel included as part of the package?
The first 50 miles from our base in Stratford upon Avon is included in any package; we then charge 0.45p per mile for travel exceeding that.
Do I need 1 or 2 videographers?
We always say it depends on your own preferences in terms of coverage on your wedding day. The benefit of having 2 videographers is that you will get an extra videographer with you all day, meaning, while one videographer is filming partner 1 getting ready, the second videographer is capturing partner 2’s preparations. You will also gain an additional angle for the ceremony and speeches, as well as having a dedicated videographer who will accompany yourselves and your photographer to capture portraits of the two of you, while your second videographer can continue capturing your guests. Often, our second videographer is also able to capture drone footage. It’s worth having a think about your priorities with coverage, and the length of coverage required when considering whether 1 or 2 videographers is right for you.
How do I book and what deposit is needed to secure my date?
When you are ready to book we will send you a link to our online booking portal where you can fill in your contract and booking form digitally, and pay your deposit. We ask for a £300 deposit with the remaining balance due 1 month before your wedding date.
Can you film my destination wedding?
Yes! We love to travel far and wide as your destination wedding videographer, so please do get in touch and let us know where you plan on getting married.
Do you offer a joint photography and videography package?
While we are solely a wedding videographer company, we work with many incredible photographers and can send you our recommended wedding photographers whom we work regularly.
How long after my wedding will I get my wedding films?
We aim to get your wedding films to you within 8-10 weeks of your wedding date. Occasionally during busy periods we increase this to 10-12 weeks, but will keep you informed throughout the editing process, and give you regular updates on when to expect your wedding films.
How are my wedding films delivered?
We use a platform called Vidflow which is an online delivery platform. You will be sent an invite to your own custom wedding videography page where you can watch, share and download all of your wedding videos.
Can you put together a bespoke package?
Yes, absolutely! If you need a bespoke package putting together we would be more than happy to help.
Can we video call before the wedding?
I would love to speak with you before your wedding, it helps us both to get to know each other better and ensures we have all the information we need to create your wedding film. We will always have an initial call with you before you book, and aim to arrange another around 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to run through the schedule etc.
Have you filmed at my venue before/does it matter?
Possibly! But if not then don’t worry in the slightest, in fact, visiting new wedding venues fills us with excitement and fresh creative eyes. We’re masters of sussing out a place on the morning of your wedding, finding spots that we know are going to look amazing during the golden hour, and working with your photographer and other suppliers to make sure we all do the best job we can when capturing your wedding day!
What equipment do you use?
Canon R5, Canon R6II, Canon R6, 35mm, 50mm, 24-105mm, Sony TX650 audio recorders, Peak Design lightweight tripods, plus an enormous amount of batteries and memory cards!
Do you include drone footage?
We never guarantee this, as the weather has to be on your side! But where we can, and if it’s important to you, then yes, we can look into capturing drone footage of your venue.
What if I have to change my wedding date due to unforeseen circumstances?
In exceptional circumstances, and with enough notice, we are happy to move your booking over to another date.
What happens if you are ill on the day of my wedding?
I have a tight-knit group of wedding videographers who are not only colleagues but friends, and should any illness occur that would prevent us from attending your wedding date, we would reach out to our network for support in covering your day. This would only be with someone we fully entrust. This would only be during exceptional circumstances, and in our 8+ years of business, we have never had to do this!
