What to Expect When You’re Looking For A Wedding Videographer.
How do you book a wedding videographer?
Pre-Booking Consultation: This is a chance for us to connect and explore your wedding videography ideas, and to find out whats important to you when it comes to capturing your wedding. It’s a perfect time to address any initial questions and discuss the videography package that best enhances your wedding day experience.
Booking: Following our consultation, you’ll receive access to our client portal. Here, you can complete the booking form, sign your contract, and pay the deposit, efficiently securing your wedding videographer.
Pre-Wedding Consultation: Roughly a month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a video call to finalise the day’s schedule and discuss any updates since your booking. This is also when the final invoice will be sent. We will also connect with your wedding photographer to introduce ourselves.
The Wedding Day: We typically arrive two hours before the ceremony to begin filming your wedding preparations and shots of your wedding venue. From there we focus on crafting timeless memories, always looking for the next moment to unfold. Your entire wedding ceremony will be filmed, as well as your speeches, and our style of relaxed videography will ensure you can enjoy yourselves, not think about the camera, while we are busy capturing your wedding day in all its beauty.
Editing and Delivery: This is where the magic happens. We take our time with every wedding to make sure all your special moments are shown in an authentic, emotive way. Within 8-12 weeks, the final wedding film will be uploaded to a private video portal, where you can relive your day all over again.

We are always happy to speak with you and advise what we think would work best. With two experienced wedding videographers, you can capture more of your day. One might document the preparations while the other captures the other partner or guests arriving. This setup also ensures multiple perspectives during key moments like the ceremony and speeches, and it allows for the possibility of drone footage to showcase your stunning venue, and more possibility for capturing those candid moments that unfold.
How long after my wedding will I receive the films?
Your wedding films will be available through a private link on a platform called Vidflow. You’ll get access to your personalised wedding videography page, where you can view, share, and download all your wedding videos, typically within 8-12 weeks post-event.
Is travel to my wedding included?
Yes, travel is included.
Do you offer both wedding videography and photography?
While booking both a photographer and videographer is important, we see this as two separate roles which have a different focus to create great results. We specialise in videography only, and we frequently collaborate with superb wedding photographers who match our style.
