With over a decade of experience, I capture weddings naturally, focusing on the laughter, tears, and little in-between details that make your day truly yours.

It’s a big decision, which is why we want you to fully understand the process of booking your videography with us.  We aim to make it as simple as possible to secure your date and have us film your wedding!

Pre-Booking Consultation: This is your chance to connect and we can find out more about each other, any ideas you might have, the most important things to you and is a great time to answer any questions.

Booking: After our call, when you’re ready to book you’ll receive access to our client portal. There, you can complete the booking form, sign your contract, and make your deposit. Then you’ve successfully booked your videographer!

Pre-Wedding Consultation: Usually around a month before the big day, we’ll schedule a video call to have a quick run through of the day’s schedule making note of any updates since your booking.  We’ll also send the final invoice at this time.

The Wedding Day: Arriving around 2 hours before your ceremony time, we start filming your venue before heading over to film your preparations.  We capture the morning ambience, and excitement building.  We set up for your ceremony shortly before the ceremony time and use this moment to capture your guests eagerly awaiting your arrival.  Your ceremony is filmed in full on multiple angles, followed by confetti (if you choose to do this) and yourselves and your guests enjoying themselves.  Following this we take time usually with your photographer, to capture some shots of the two of you together, whether you’re comfortable in front of the camera or not, we adjust our style to make you feel as relaxed as possible with us.  We film your speeches in full so you can enjoy them again after the adrenaline of the big day has worn off!  Then on to the first dance and evening dancing, we’re discrete but always looking for moments of emotion, celebration and love, with our cameras always on hand to ensure no moment is missed.

Editing and Delivery: Typically within 8-12 weeks (can sometimes be a little longer depending on the time of year) your films will be uploaded to a private video portal, where you can download all of your videos, share and watch them as many times as you like.

Future: Plan a screening with family and friends to relive your wedding day, they’ll love watching it back with you.  Why not make watching your films part of your yearly anniversary traditions?

While there could be some appeal to hiring a local wedding videographer in Cambridge, you aren’t restricted to just those based nearby. For us, we work all across the UK, often working in new venues, finding that it sparks fresh inspiration, allowing us to capture vibrant and unique moments that may be overlooked by others who are overly familiar with the location.

Ultimately, the decision should focus on choosing a videographer who aligns well with your needs and whose presence you’re comfortable with. It’s important that they understand your specific videography preferences and are capable of filming in a style that you adore.  It’s our passion to get to know who you are, and what matters the most to you, this way we know we will make a film that feels just right.

When you start looking for the best wedding videographer for you, you’ll watch countless films, trying to find the right style that suits you both, and then start to wonder what exactly is the difference between the films you’re watching.  Finding the right style of videographer is of upmost importance as this can change the experience you have on the day, its important to choose the right person that will fit into the vibe you’re trying to create.

As Cambridge wedding videographers our style is very much natural, documentary – making sure we are unobtrusive while capturing your day and as it unfolds, minimising any staged shots with you both, allowing the day to unfold freely, giving you an authentic video to watch back.

You live each moment; we make sure they remain yours to cherish forever.

Understanding the different videography styles is crucial. When you know your unique preferences, it simplifies the search for the perfect videographer who aligns with your vision, and you can trust in creating your perfect film.

The two main styles of wedding videography are:

Documentary Wedding Videos: This style is all about authenticity, capturing the day exactly as it unfolds—every laugh, every tear, just as it happens. It’s perfect for those who want a true-to-life record of their day, allowing you to experience your celebration without disruptions.

Cinematic Wedding Videos: A cinematic film transforms your day into more of a stylised film. It creates something new from your memories, and may require you to spend some dedicated time with your videographer on the day.

Our videography style is natural, so if you value genuine, heartfelt memories, our documentary-style videography with a focus on beautiful moments ensures we capture the honest, fleeting moments that let you relive your incredible day just as it felt.

If authenticity speaks to you, we are here to capture your day with integrity and beauty.

Do we need one videographer or two for our Cambridge wedding?

Most couples choose one videographer, which works well for capturing a full wedding day naturally. If you’re getting ready in separate locations, have a larger guest list, or would like broader coverage across the day, a second videographer can be added. I’m always happy to advise based on how your wedding is planned.

How much does wedding videography in Cambridge cost?

Wedding videography packages for Cambridge typically range from £1,750 to £2,700, depending on coverage length and any additional options. Pricing is kept clear and transparent so you know exactly what’s included.

How long after our wedding will we receive the films?

Your wedding films are usually delivered within 8–12 weeks. Everything is shared through Vidflow, a private online platform where you can easily view, download, and share your films.

Is travel included for weddings in and around Cambridge?

Yes. Travel is included for weddings across Cambridge and the surrounding areas, with no additional travel costs added later.

What style of wedding videography do you offer?

My approach is natural and documentary-led, focusing on real moments as they happen rather than staged scenes. This works particularly well for Cambridge weddings, where venues often have a calm, timeless feel that suits story-led films.
