What to Expect When You Book Me As Your Norfolk Wedding Videographer:
Pre-Booking Consultation
Before booking, we’ll have a chat to talk about your vision for your wedding film. It’s a chance for us to understand what matters most to you and make sure we’re the right fit. You can also ask any questions about how we work or the packages we offer.
Booking
After our chat, we’ll give you access to our secure client portal. From there, you can easily fill out the booking form, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. It’s a simple process that gets everything sorted, so you can check your videographer off your planning list with ease.
Pre-Wedding Consultation
About a month before the big day, we’ll have a final video call to confirm all the details, go over your schedule, and discuss any updates. We’ll also send the final invoice at this time. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll connect with your photographer beforehand to coordinate for the big day.
The Wedding: Time To Film Your Wedding Day!
On your wedding day, we’ll usually arrive about two hours before the ceremony to record the preparations, the venue, and all the excitement building up. Depending on the package you choose, we’ll record everything from the morning preparations to the evening celebrations, including your ceremony, speeches, and first dance. We like to keep things natural and unobtrusive, so you can fully enjoy your day while we quietly filming all the special moments.
Editing and Delivery
This is where the magic comes together! We carefully go through your footage to create a video that brings together all the special moments of your day. Every detail is crafted to reflect your unique story. Within 8-12 weeks, your finished videos will be uploaded to a private VidFlow portal, ready for you to download, share, and replay your day anytime you like.

With two videographers, you can cover both partners getting ready at the same time and capture multiple angles during moments like the ceremony and speeches. It also allows for the option of capturing drone footage. One videographer can film your day beautifully, they just may have to prioritise certain moments where we cannot be in two places at once.
How long after my wedding will I receive the films?
We deliver your wedding films via VidFlow, a secure and easy-to-use online platform. You’ll get access to your own personalised page, where you can watch, share, and download your wedding videos. Your films will usually be ready within 8-12 weeks after your wedding.
