Choosing Your Wedding Videographer in Northern Ireland. Understanding How it Works When You Book a Videographer for Your Wedding:
Pre-Booking Consultation: This initial video call is your opportunity to share what is most important to you when it comes to your wedding and your wedding videos, we learn how we can best help you with your vision and capture the most special moments to you, which will bring your memories to life. This is a great time to ask any initial questions you might have.
Booking: After our consultation, we’ll give you access to our client portal. Here, you can fill out the booking form, sign the contract, and make the deposit payment which secure your booking with us.
Pre-Wedding Consultation: About a month before your wedding, we’ll organise a video call to finalise the timings of your wedding day, and go over any changes since your booking. At this point, we also send the final invoice to you. We like to get in touch with your wedding photographer at this point to introduce ourselves as we will be working as your dream team on your wedding day, capturing everything as it happens so it makes sense for us to know each other a little before hand too.
The Wedding Day: We aim to arrive about two hours prior to the ceremony to start capturing your preparations and the venue. We film your entire ceremony, your guests and yourselves enjoying the celebrations, confetti, the speeches and all the way to your first dance, plus everything that happens in between! We’ll come with your photographer if you are having portraits of the two of you, to get some beautiful, natural footage of the two of you together.
Editing and Delivery: Here’s where we bring your beautiful memories to life! We dedicate careful attention to each wedding to ensure all the best moments of your day are pieced together in a way that will bring all the feelings rushing back. The final wedding film will be ready and uploaded to a private video portal within 8-12 weeks, allowing you to download, share and enjoy watching your videos back together whenever you fancy.

Do we need one videographer or two for our Northern Ireland wedding?
Most couples choose one videographer, which works well for relaxed Northern Ireland weddings. If you’re getting ready in different locations, have a larger guest list, or would like more coverage during the ceremony and speeches, a second videographer can be added. I’m always happy to advise based on how your day is planned.
How long after our wedding will we receive the films?
Your videos will be available through a private link on a platform called Vidflow. You’ll get access to your personalised wedding videography page where you can view, share, and download all your wedding videos, typically within 8-12 weeks.
Is travel included for weddings in Northern Ireland?
Yes. Travel is included for weddings across Northern Ireland, so there are no additional travel costs added later.
Do you offer wedding photography as well as videography?
I specialise in wedding videography only. I regularly work alongside photographers whose style complements mine, and I’m always happy to recommend photographers if you’re still looking.
