Understanding the process of booking your wedding video:

Pre-Booking Consultation: An opportunity to connect and discuss your wedding videography, and address any initial questions you might have.  We can talk through your ideal videography package that will elevate your wedding experience.

Booking: After our consultation, you’ll receive a link to our client portal. There, you can complete the booking form, sign your contract, and pay the deposit.  You’ve then ticked your wedding videographer off your list!

Pre-Wedding Consultation: About a month before your wedding, we’ll have a video call to finalise timings and go over any changes since your booking. This is also when your final invoice will be issued.

The Wedding Day: We generally arrive two hours before the ceremony to start capturing the preparations and venue.  Depending on the package you choose, we’ll document everything from the morning preparations, wedding breakfast, speeches, first dance, all the way to the evening’s festivities, ensuring we capture every significant moment.

Editing and Delivery: We take great care in editing the best shots of your special day. Within 8-12 weeks, we’ll upload your wedding film to a private video portal, where you can watch and share it, leaving with you with precious memories you can cherish forever.

Future: Your wedding video will not only preserve your memories but can also become a cherished part of your anniversary traditions.

While there could be a certain charm to hiring a local videographer from Oxfordshire you’re not limited to just those based in the area.  For us, even though we are only down the road, when we work at new venues we often find new inspiration in unfamiliar locations, capturing unique and vibrant moments that might otherwise be overlooked.

Working both in the UK and abroad means we are well experienced with capturing wedding stories in new places.

Who ever you decide is the best decision, and the right fit for your wedding, your videographer should work with you to understand your wedding videography requirements, and be someone you feel comfortable around, filming your wedding in a style that you love.

Exploring videography options for your wedding in Oxfordshire will no doubt reveal a world of choices, each offering a unique touch to your special day. Whether you’re looking for full scale cinematic wedding films or a more relaxed, authenticity approach of documentary filming, finding the best wedding videographer for you is really important.

When looking for a wedding videographer in Oxfordshire, its important to first understand the difference in videography styles.  Once you know what you prefer, it will make the process of finding the best wedding videographer for you, that much easier.

Two main wedding videographer styles are:

Documentary Wedding Videography: True to its name, this style captures your wedding as it genuinely unfolds—every laugh, every tear, presented just as it occurred. It’s ideal for those who wish to remember their day without pretence, allowing you to savour your celebration without interruptions.

Cinematic Wedding Videography: Turning your day into something new, a stylised film.  This style suits those who dream of their day being portrayed like a cinematic movie, although it may require more time set aside to work with the videographer for those perfect, crafted shots.

When you understand your preference, you can then begin to search for a videographer in Oxfordshire.  Specialising in documentary-style wedding videography, we excel in capturing honest, genuine moments that allow you to relive your wedding just as it felt.

If authenticity resonates with you, we’re here to bring that vision to life.

There is such a wide range of stunning wedding venues in Oxfordshire that combine history, beautiful surroundings, and unique character, something to suit every couple.  We’ve been creating wedding films around Oxfordshire over the last 10 years and here are some of our favourites:

Blenheim Palace, Woodstock: An iconic palace offering a grand and historic setting.

The Bodleian Libraries, Oxford: Pure elegance in one of the oldest libraries in Europe.

Lains Barn, Wantage: A rustic venue surrounded by countryside.

The Tythe Barn, Bicester: A beautifully restored venue that combines rustic charm with elegance.

The Great Barn, Aynho: Full of character and history.

Primrose Hill Farm: Courtyards, Orchards and Gardens.

No matter where you are getting married we offer natural wedding videography in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

Do I need one videographer or two?

Most couples choose one videographer, which works well for relaxed Oxfordshire weddings where the focus is on natural moments and storytelling. If you’d like coverage of preparations in different locations, more angles during the ceremony, or a larger guest experience, a second videographer can be added. We’ll always talk through what suits your day rather than upselling what you don’t need.

How long after my wedding will I receive the films?

Your wedding films are delivered within 8–12 weeks. They’re shared via Vidflow, an online platform where you can easily watch, download, and share everything with family and friends.

Is travel across Oxfordshire included?

Yes. Travel is included for weddings across Oxfordshire, including countryside venues, villages, and town locations, so there are no surprise extras added later.

Do you work alongside photographers at Oxfordshire venues?

Yes. I regularly work alongside wedding photographers at Oxfordshire venues and always film in a way that’s unobtrusive and collaborative. If you haven’t booked a photographer yet, I’m happy to recommend photographers whose approach works naturally alongside video.

5. What style of wedding videography do you offer?

My approach is documentary and natural, focusing on real moments as they unfold rather than staged scenes. This works especially well for Oxfordshire weddings, where the pace of the day and the setting lend themselves to relaxed, story-led films.
