What to Expect From Your Videographer:
Pre-Booking Consultation
Before you book, we’ll take the time to chat about your vision. This is our chance to hear what matters most to you and make sure we’re the perfect fit. It’s also the perfect time for you to ask any questions about how we work or the packages we offer.
Booking
After our chat, you’ll get access to our secure client portal. From there, you can easily fill out the booking form, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. It’s a simple, hassle-free process that gets everything booked in simply, so you can tick your wedding videographers off your list!
Pre-Wedding Consultation
About a month before the big day, we’ll have a final video call to go over all the details, confirm your schedule, and catch up on any changes since you booked. This is also when we’ll send out the final invoice. We’ll even connect with your photographer beforehand to make sure we’re all set to work seamlessly together on your big day.
The Wedding Day
On the day itself, we’ll usually arrive about two hours before the ceremony to capture those special moments of preparation, the venue, and the overall atmosphere. Depending on your package, we’ll be there to film everything from the morning preparations to the evening celebrations—ceremony, speeches, first dance, and all the moments in between. Our style is natural and unobtrusive, so you can fully enjoy your day while we quietly document it all.
Editing and Delivery
This is where the magic comes to life! We carefully review all your footage to create a film that beautifully captures the heart of your day. Every detail is crafted with care to reflect your unique story. Within 8-12 weeks, your finished film will be ready and uploaded to a private VidFlow portal, where you can easily download, share, and watch your wedding day whenever you want.

Do I need one videographer or two?
If you want to capture more moments, like both partners preparations and guests arriving, couples portraits during the reception drinks, and an extra angle and overall coverage of your day, and have the possibility of drone footage then two videographers can work together to make sure you have as much coverage as possible. One videographer can still capture your day but may have to prioritise certain moments over others.
How long after my wedding will I receive the films?
Your films will be available within 8-12 weeks via Vidflow. You’ll have access to your personalised portal to view, share, and download your wedding videos.
Is travel to my wedding included?
Yes, we include all travel costs in our wedding video packages.
Do you offer both wedding videography and photography?
We specialise purely in videography, but we collaborate with many suppliers who offer amazing wedding photography with a similar documentary style. If you need recommendations, we’d be happy to connect you.
