I had the pleasure of having Leanne create my wedding video for our special day, 9 years ago, back then we didn’t do cloud storage or anything and we just lost all of our wedding footage.

The day was incredible and so was our amazing video and we were devastated to have lost it, I thought I would drop Leanne a note just in case she had the footage still.

Turns out she never deletes anything, within 30 mins she had my montage with me and is helping me out at her own cost with the raw footage which is crucial for me as we just lost my father and there were a ton of footage that we had lost of him.

If you’re after a videographer that looks after you, not just on the day but 9 years on, don’t go anywhere else. She has made our year by doing what she did.

Richard and I are from the States, so it took a lot of faith to trust someone who could capture our elopement all the way in Iceland...and Leanne was the perfect videographer for the job.

She worked so easily with our photographer and together they were able to creatively capture/record our beautiful day, even if that meant hiking some tedious mountains and hills for us! We spent ages deciding on who we wanted to capture our special day, with so many options out there it was a hard decision, but wild heart films was immediately a stand out to us and we can honestly say it was the best decision ever. Wild Heart Films came to our wedding in August 2022. We were uncertain what to expect when hiring a professional videographer for our wedding, however the team absolutely blew away our expectations.
We looked at the videos on their website and social media and thought that they looked magical, too good to be true for a real event but they came highly recommended and we loved their work so we took the chance.
The team were in contact with us quite often to make sure that they understood what we hoped for and were really flexible in terms of timings for meeting up and making arrangements which helped massively as my wife is a teacher.
On the day they showed up and I swear we barely noticed them moving around the crowd or around us during the day but they captured every detail in the most vivid way imaginable. Looking back at the videos produced by the team, they captured details my wife and I had missed, family and friends sharing moments we will cherish forever and looking over them it's like we're reliving our happiest day together again. It's worth mentioning too that friends of ours who booked other videographers and got married before we did are still waiting on their videos however the team at Wild Heart communicated throughout the process following the wedding and sent us over our videos via a really professional online portal and really quickly too!

What to Expect From Your Videographer:

Pre-Booking Consultation

Before you book, we’ll take the time to chat about your vision. This is our chance to hear what matters most to you and make sure we’re the perfect fit. It’s also the perfect time for you to ask any questions about how we work or the packages we offer.

Booking

After our chat, you’ll get access to our secure client portal. From there, you can easily fill out the booking form, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. It’s a simple, hassle-free process that gets everything booked in simply, so you can tick your wedding videographers off your list!

Pre-Wedding Consultation

About a month before the big day, we’ll have a final video call to go over all the details, confirm your schedule, and catch up on any changes since you booked. This is also when we’ll send out the final invoice. We’ll even connect with your photographer beforehand to make sure we’re all set to work seamlessly together on your big day.

The Wedding Day

On the day itself, we’ll usually arrive about two hours before the ceremony to capture those special moments of preparation, the venue, and the overall atmosphere. Depending on your package, we’ll be there to film everything from the morning preparations to the evening celebrations—ceremony, speeches, first dance, and all the moments in between. Our style is natural and unobtrusive, so you can fully enjoy your day while we quietly document it all.

Editing and Delivery

This is where the magic comes to life! We carefully review all your footage to create a film that beautifully captures the heart of your day. Every detail is crafted with care to reflect your unique story. Within 8-12 weeks, your finished film will be ready and uploaded to a private VidFlow portal, where you can easily download, share, and watch your wedding day whenever you want.
